Reviewed calls the Stagg EKG Pro "the priciest yet the loveliest electric kettle we've ever tested." It heats fast, holds temperature, has a brew timer and Guide Mode presets, and gets firmware updates over Wi-Fi. The quibbles: the "Dial-button interactions take practice," and "The schedule function is spotty." In the same kettle roundup, Reviewed's Best Electric Gooseneck Kettle is the much cheaper Cosori: "It had the fastest boil time of any gooseneck kettle we tested," with digital presets and smooth pour control. The Stagg is its upgrade pick; the Cosori won the gooseneck category. Splurge if you want the Stagg's design, brew timer and custom settings; save if you just want precise pour-over temperatures.

Reviewed's Best Electric Gooseneck Kettle: "It had the fastest boil time of any gooseneck kettle we tested," and "When it came to making pour-over coffee, we were able to control the speed smoothly." Its keep-warm holds water hot for up to an hour. The catches: at 0.8 liters "it just makes enough coffee for 2," and the max line is hard to see. No brew timer, schedule or app.
