America's Test Kitchen rated Made In's stockpot Recommended: "The pot performed well and had no durability issues," and its short, wide shape made it easy to stir and drain. But it weighs more than 5 pounds empty, and ATK's co-winning stockpot, the Cook N Home 12-quart, earned full marks for performance, ease of use and durability for a fraction of the price: "Our co-winner performed well and excelled in comfort." A stockpot mostly boils water and simmers stock, so five-ply cladding buys little here.
