America's Test Kitchen tested the Enfinigy long-slot toaster (the silver 53102-000; this is the black version) and gave it 1 of 3 for ease of use: "This very large toaster's exterior became very hot during use," and "it nearly always took retoasting (and vigilance against burning) to get our desired shade of toast." Even the long slots disappointed: "the slots weren't quite long enough for two slices of our favorite sandwich bread to sit side by side unless we stood them on end." ATK's Best Conventional Toaster, the GE 2-Slice, rated higher for performance and ease of use and is just as fast for a fraction of the price. If you want long slots, ATK's favorite is the Magimix Vision.

Rated Recommended by America's Test Kitchen, higher than the Zwilling for performance and ease of use but slower: "This model produced nice medium and dark brown toast, although it took a little longer than other models and hardly toasted on its lowest setting." Its A Bit More button adds a short cycle instead of a full retoast. Two standard slots. Watch the model number: ATK rated Breville's four-slice long-slot Bit More (BTA730XL) much lower after a retest.
