Tom's Guide gave it 4 stars: "we were most impressed by the Ninja's performance on Brussels sprouts, chicken wings and breaded chicken," and it can cook two foods at different temperatures and finish them together. But "It only really struggled to air fry French fries from scratch," it "can't fit a whole chicken," and it's "pretty bulky and heavy, taking up a lot of countertop space." Tom's Guide gave Ninja's single-basket Air Fryer Pro 5 stars and called it "one of the most capable air fryers I've tested". Buy the DualZone if you cook two foods at once or feed a family.

Tom's Guide gave it 5 stars: "Easy to use and easy to clean, it's one of the most capable air fryers I've tested". Roasted vegetables were done after 28 minutes, "which is faster than most air fryers I've tested," and the basket fit "Five fillets" of chicken. It's one 5-quart basket, so it can't cook two foods at once like the DualZone, and it's louder (72 dB vs 65.5 dBA).

Can the Ninja DualZone cook two different foods at once?
Yes. Each 4-quart basket has its own temperature and time, and a sync setting makes both finish together. Tom's Guide notes it can't fit a whole chicken.
