Why
America's Test Kitchen still names it the best Dutch oven, and it's lighter and more chip-resistant than the budget pick. But their Best Buy, the Cuisinart, cooked just as well in testing for less than half the price. Buy the Le Creuset if you want one pot for decades; otherwise the Cuisinart does the same cooking.
