What the testers found
The testers split on these two, so we scored it evenly. Prudent Reviews tested both at 10" and found the Valencia Pro "had a more pronounced decline in performance" after stress testing, though it "didn't perform much worse than Made In and Caraway." America's Test Kitchen named the 12" Valencia Pro its best ceramic nonstick skillet, "one of only three pans to pass our test of nonstick coating durability," in the same test where the Caraway's coating started to fail.
