What the testers found
TechGearLab's Best Overall Pressure Cooker, two points ahead of the Fast Slow Pro: "Useful features, an intuitive control panel, and a friendly price make this model a standout option." Its cons: "Pot can be hard to clean, saute function can be finicky." The Breville cooked better in TechGearLab's tests, especially meat, and releases steam on its own; the Instant Pot has a push-button release and a stainless pot instead of nonstick. TechGearLab tested the Duo Plus V4; Amazon's listing drops the "Duo Plus" name but has the same WhisperQuiet valve, anti-spin pot and progress display. America's Test Kitchen didn't test it.
