What the testers found
America's Test Kitchen's winner, with "power; precision; and a compact, streamlined design that takes up less space than most food processors." It gave "perfectly green-colored yogurt in our dye test," where the Magimix left streaks. Downsides: no mini bowl or extra attachments, and its redesigned blade "couldn’t effectively incorporate egg yolks into single-batch mayonnaise." Its motor warranty is 5 years to the Magimix's 30.
