What the testers found
Rated Highly Recommended by America's Test Kitchen, with the same scores as the Hestan for performance and cleanup/durability and a higher one for ease of use (2.5 vs 2 of 3). "This pan browned meatballs evenly, and it cooked spinach quickly." Its 9.8-inch surface matches the Hestan's, but "It had the lowest walls in our lineup," so some food went over the edge when stirring, and it's 3 quarts rather than 3.5. Unlike the Hestan, it isn't dishwasher-safe.
