What the testers found
America's Test Kitchen's winner: "a breeze to set up," with a 14-inch stone like the Arc's and a rear burner that made "attractive, spotty-browned, tender pizzas in just 2 minutes." It's much lighter than the Arc but has no built-in thermometer, and ATK warns that "the heat overhead can be so strong" that you need to watch for burning. ATK didn't test long-term durability.
